- A time-sheet WILL be operated to control tee-off times and play may be in three-ball or four-ball format at 8 or 10 minute intervals depending on the play of the day. Alternatively, you may see your booking and enter the names of your players, through our website, using the unique username and password provided, (will be sent by e-mail).
- An allowance of up to 3 less than the number booked will be allowed, on the day. A variance charge of €40 per person will be applied for each person, over or under this allowance.

- The Society must have an organiser who should be in attendance at the Club at least 30 minutes before tee-off time. The organiser must identify himself to the Club Starter on arrival to facilitate supervision of the 1st Tee.
- The organiser, or his nominee, must supervise the outing until all the society members have teed-off, or the reserved time is expired – whichever is sooner.
